Our Team

Matt Marcinowski Owner & CEO

Matthew began his tenure at SG in 2006 as a purchaser and warehouse manager and now operates as the Owner/CEO. His core business values are centered around a persistent drive to improve process in order to deliver the ultimate client experience. His personal pursuits in the musical industry, which include owning and operating two record labels and writing about music for 10+ years, have enabled him to excel at managing relationships and team-building. Matthew’s free time consists of reading, camping, disc golfing, gaming and listening to (and philosophizing about) music. He currently lives in St. Peters Village with his lovely wife Melissa and three cats – Madam Thewbie, Monsieur Floof and Sir Folds-A-Lot.

John Whitson Owner, CTO & Systems Engineer

John has served as our Systems Engineer since he started with the company in 2006. He is now one of the company’s owners and also serves as the CTO. He designs and troubleshoots all of our systems for our clientele to review and approve. As our CTO, John has been the guiding force in keeping Stone-Glidden ahead of the technology curve. John enjoys spending time with his wife Rachael and son Cooper as well as listening to music, dirt bike riding, and watching sports.

Thomas Stone VP of Business Development & Marketing

Thomas Stone, the founder of Stone Glidden, is a 35+ year industry veteran in charge of sales & marketing for Stone Glidden. He volunteers on various Boards of Directors within the builder, architect, and interior design communities in the Philadelphia area, where he teaches continuing education courses to architects, designers, and builders on residential technology. In his spare time Tom is a passionate film and music lover and performs in musical theater productions throughout the Delaware Valley. Tom’s wife, Laura, is a gifted mixed media artist and teacher and his daughter Lucy is an accomplished singer/songwriter.

Matt Brotzge Service Manager

With 25 years of extensive industry experience, Matt is the Service Manager at Stone Glidden. He brings a wealth of expertise in installation, design, sales, and project management. He specializes in networking, troubleshooting, remote support, and home automation. Matt prides himself on customer service and making sure our clients’ needs are met. Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and animals, cooking, listening to music, attending concerts, and being a devoted Philly sports fan.

Jason Chambers PROJECT MANAGER

Jason serves as our Project Manager. He currently lives in West Chester PA, a great little town if you enjoy food. He attended CRAS, a sound engineer school in Arizona, which really helped fuel his passion for AV, most notably the 5.1 studio where he worked with mixing down audio for movies. He has 2 great kids and a wonderful wife that he spends his time with when not at work. Some of his hobbies include gardening and home projects, which of course includes tinkering with his own AV setup.

Ryan Brignola Lead Technician & Programmer

Ryan is a Lead Technician & Programmer at SG. He is a tech enthusiast, VR system designer and developer in his free time. Technology has been his passion since childhood and when the next big thing in tech is introduced, you can be sure he will be the first to know.

Kurtis Valosen Lead Technician

Kurtis is the newest member of our team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the AV industry. His extensive background spans a wide range of projects, including work on cars, boats, and homes. With his hands on approach and attention to detail, Kurt always prefers to do things right the first time. He is eager to learn and master the most complex systems and installations, driven by a strong desire to understand how things function to ensure the best solutions.

In his spare time, Kurt enjoys sports, cooking, basking in the sunshine, and various outdoor activities. He also loves spending time with his family, friends, and pets. Additionally, he enjoys tinkering and tackling home improvement projects. With his passion for precision and dedication to excellence, Kurtis is a valuable addition to our team.

Jordan Vincent Salesperson

Jordan has 12+ years experience integrating technology in residential and commercial projects, spanning new build and retrofit environments. Through the years, he has occupied nearly every role in the industry from apprentice, to lead technician, project manager, sales, and owner/operator. After cutting his teeth in Manhattan, NYC installing satellite dishes atop high-rises and learning the fundamentals of data networks and system design, he relocated to Los Angeles to work for a boutique hi-fi house and integrator. Jordan spent several years bringing custom projects to life for some of the most discerning and high-profile clients inside the entertainment industry before departing to form his own company, Sound and Color. At SG, Jordan occupies the role of sales lead, where he has already impacted growth and direction of the company alongside new incoming ownership and an exceptional team. The breadth of experience Jordan has procured over the years has resulted in a unique and essential skillset — the technical chops to understand projects of any scale down to the granular detail, along with the communication and relationship-building skills which are foundational to success in any service-based organization. Jordan maintains several technical certifications in networking, lighting, programming, and more. He is also a published author, accomplished recording artist, and film composer. Jordan currently lives in Aston, PA with his wife, son and Boston Terrier.

Rachael Whitson Administrative Assistant

Rachael is our administrative assistant here at SG. With her organizational skills as well as attention to detail she plays an important role in maintaining company records and assists with keeping our warehouse in tip-top shape. Rachael currently lives in Collegeville with her son Cooper and husband John. She enjoys interior design, thrift shopping and DIY home decor. When she isn’t working or rearranging her home you can find her camping, at the beach with her family or cheering from the sidelines at her son's sporting events!
