A recent renovation of an existing lower level space in New Hope provided the opportunity to create a beautiful Irish Pub themed entertainment space. Working with Tim Sager of Ferman Lex Builders, we fashioned an authentic bar, a card playing space, and a dedicated theater in a project that earned us a NARI 2009 Coty Award and an Electronic House 2009 Home Of The Year Award.
