A basement renovation in Newtown Square was
the perfect space to design a multi use bar/ billiards area,
a walk out patio, & a novel “center theater space”.
Viewable from the billiards & bar area in the evening via
multiple large open windows, retractable shades allow the space
to be used during daytime with the flip of a switch. Cozy sofa’s,
a love seat, & an ottoman add the finishing touches to a
fun, funky theater space.
